Harrison Moscow Communications (HMC) was set up by James Harrison and Alex Moscow to offer the market a different kind of public relations experience.  Having worked in agencies, both large and small, James and Alex wanted to take the best of both of these environments; offering its clients big company consultancy and results mixed with the close contact of a boutique agency.
